I have used 4 hard money lenders in the last couple of years and give a review on how each of them has performed. These are all large lenders that do a lot of deals and I was very surprised how some of them performed!

In this video, I review Patch of Land, Lending One, Lending Home, and Finance of America who I all used to finance a flip, although one of the loans was never completed. I ended up wasting a lot of time and a lot of money with a couple of these companies who I had high hopes for!
Hard money can be enticing because the rates are getting so low but they can also be a pain. The process can be difficult, there are a ton of fees, and it is not always guaranteed they can do the loan.
