The European Central Bank is warning it's member institutions to manage their risk and expose to Commercial Real Estate or face heightened capital requirements as contagion from US Office buildings has begun to spread to several European banks and investment firms. Elsewhere the head of Turkey's central bank has abruptly resigned to "protect her family" amid a political smear campaign after she raised interest rates aggressively to fight inflation, much to the chagrin of Turkish president Erdogan who somehow still thinks lower interest rates is how you fight inflation.
